We can only update or cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipping yet. Most orders will be processed within 24 hours.
Once your receive an e-mail with your status as "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
Your order will take one day to two days to process. You can check if your order has finished processing and is being shipped to your address here.
